Sorana Baciu is a senior executive and consultant who supports organisations grow sustainable. She has extensive expertise in strategy development and implementation, change management and corporate governance, with over 20 years in senior positions in the private and public field. Mrs. Baciu has had an international career in investment and commercial banking (ING Bank and Porsche Finance Group, Romania), as well as in oil & gas (OMV Petrom SA and Romgaz SA). In the recent years (2015-2017) she was also a non-executive director for listed SOEs in Romania (Romgaz SA and IAR SA, a Romanian helicopter producer).
During 2015-2017, Mrs. Baciu was State Secretary with the Ministry of Economy and the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, and was responsible for Industrial Policy, Competitiveness and Corporate Governance for SOEs. Sorana Baciu also headed the Inter-ministerial Committee for co-operation with the OECD. She graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania (MA in International Economic Relations), and McGill University in Montreal, Canada (MA in Economic Policy Management).

Ileana is one of the pioneers of the Romanian capital market, having an experience in this field for over 25 years.
Since 1995, she works on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and has a rich experience in the corporate field, activating at the BSE as secretary general of the company, coordinating as a director the activity of admission to trading of the companies on the main market of the Stock Exchange and of the intermediaries to trading, the company's shareholder activity, the marketing activity, the communication and international relations specific to this field, as well as the corporate governance.
Ileana is currently coordinating the admission to trading at BVB, as well as two important projects developed by BVB in the field of corporate governance and financial education promoted through the seminars of the "Fluent in Finance" program.

Alexandru Bute has a background in various front and management roles and pockets of finance, from Sales & Trading to Asset Management, to Consulting and to Wealth Management, combined with more and more stints with entrepreneurs in the tech and non-tech space along the way. Some of the names he has worked for include Credit Suisse, Societe Generale, Dubai Investment Authority, Syngenta and Avaron Asset Management.

Alina Mioara Cobuz Bagnaru is a Senior Lawyer and a member of the Bucharest Bar since 1995. She is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA – Section of Business Law), an Arbitrator of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, an Associated Lector of the Academy of Economic Studies, an Arbitrator of the Bucharest Chamber of Arbitration, a FIDIC specialist and a claim and litigation expert.

Radu Craciun is currently CEO of BCR Pensions after being in the previous 2 years the Chief-Economist and Director of Financial Markets Research at Banca Comerciala Romana. Until the spring of 2016, Radu Craciun was the Chairman of the Romanian Association of Financial-Banking Analysts. His professional background blends the solid expertise acquired on the one hand in financial markets research and asset management and, on the other hand, in corporate governance and strategic management.
Radu Craciun has been working for more than 17 years in domestic and international financial markets, holding positions such as: Chief Investment Officer in Eureko Private Pensions, Chief Analyst in ABN AMRO Bank Romania and ABN AMRO Securities Romania. Valentin has a 20-year work experience in investment banking/corporate finance and private equity investment funds and another 7 years as engineer in a construction and installation company for the oil and gas sector. Simona Fatu is an experienced manager standing for more than 10 years in the management boards and boards of directors of large companies included in the financial sector, energy, mining and food. Her area of expertise includes, without being limited to: corporate governance, business strategy, corporate finance and business development.
Simona graduated the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and build her expertise while pursuing the investment banking carrier, being involved in the foundation of Romanian capital market of the years ’90+, first as a regulator, then as a consultant and later on as an investment banker specialized in equity area. Her professional maturity took place in the commercial banking area, in a period characterized by fast development and growth specific to the years 2000 – 2008 followed by a deep restructuring period amid 2009-2011. With an experience of almost 23 years in the banking system (of which, 15 years in management positions), Mrs. Mirela Iovu joined the management team of CEC Bank in 2008, as Vice-president (a position she is currently fulfilling), advancing in this position from the Head of the Legal and Compliance Department within the Bank. Together with the Bank's Top Management, Mrs. Iovu contributed significantly to the process of transforming the Savings and Consignments House into a commercial, universal bank, having an essential role in creating an organizational culture suitable for the implementation of the new business strategy, the corporate governance according to the best practices, and, inter alia, laid the foundations of the compliance function, of the "laboratory" of banking products and services, leading also the implementation team of the "Digital Agenda", has centralized and developed the legal services.

Her career has also encompassed activity as a musical, artistic and press adviser to musical institutions and prestigious national and international festivals, as the editor of musical publications, a jury member for major national and international music competitions, in quality of producer of CD releases and complex shows, as well as an artistic director of music and cultural tours, namely of the Travelling Piano, the Duel of Violins, Enescu’s Violin in the Romanian Villages, the Golden Flute and the Three Divas.
She was director of the Radio Romantic commercial station for seven years, from 1995 to 2002, while between 2005 and 2013 she was director of the Radio Romania Culture public station. She has managed the Radio Romania Cultural Media Centre from 2013 to 2015, a department which comprises Radio Romania’s cultural entities and projects; in such quality she coordinated the GAUDEAMUS International Book & Education Fair, the activity of the Casa Radio Publishing House, RadiRo – the International Festival of Radio Orchestras and Grand Prix Nova – The International Festival of Radio Drama. From 2009 to 2015 she has been the artistic director of the Romanian Radio Orchestras and Choirs.
Currently she holds the position of Management Advisor at the Radio Romania.
Florentina Susnea is the managing partner of PKF Finconta with over 26 years of experience in tax area, using her experience gained over the years for a large number of clients with a wide range of activities.
Her professional experience includes areas such as statutory audit and IFRS, tax consulting, tax residence issues, financial restructuring and tax documentation and policies of Transfer Pricing, mergers and demergers, M & A, judicial, accounting and tax expertise, due diligence for acquisitions.
Florentina collaborates with other members of the PKF International Limited network to provide a more holistic approach in advising its customers on cross-border tax issues.
Florentina is an accredited member of the following professional organizations: Chamber of Tax Consultants, Chamber of Financial Auditors in Romania, Chamber of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania and Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.
Florentina graduated the Faculty of Finance and Accountancy of the Academy of Economic Studies, the Faculty of Law of “Titu Maiorescu” University, the MBA Programme of Tiffin University USA, has a PhD in Economics and has attended several national and international courses focused on financial aspects.
Sebastian Tcaciuc is currently an independent advisor and consultant to private equity funds investing in Romania and other CEE countries. He has 18 years of private equity, corporate finance and asset management experience, with proven track record in sourcing, structuring, closing and managing private equity investments across various sectors. Sebastian has served on the Board of Directors of 9 companies, some of which publicly-listed in Bucharest and/or London. As a Director with Advent International (2005-2014), he worked on large a number of transaction processes, including all Advent’s investments in Romania and Turkey. Prior to joining Advent International, Sebastian worked with ING Corporate Finance & Equities (2002-2005), Alpha Bank (2001-2002) and Delta Lloyd Investment Research (2000-2001). Sebastian holds a Master’s degree in Economics (2001) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (2003).
Cristian is a graduate of a MBA in Marketing and an equivalent Master Program in Executive Coaching.
He holds a certificate in Investment Analysis issued by Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. and attended organizational development courses with companies from Japan, Netherlands, U.S., France and Great Britain.
Cristian is a Certified Professional Facilitator of Futures Achievement International from U.S., a Practitioner in The ESPERE Communication Method of the institute with the same name from Paris, a Practitioner Coaching-Mentoring for life, Facilitator in the Academy of Executive Coaching from the UK, and an associate lecturer for the course “Creativity in Economy and Business” of the Masters Programme in Business Consulting – run in English in the Faculty of Business and Administration at the University of Bucharest.
He has experience of over 23 years in business administration, 3 years in the stock market and over 20 years in development organizations, with over 400 presentations in public in his capacity as tutor, trainer and facilitator for corporations, associations and non-profit organizations. He has delivered presentations in public in Romania and abroad: Dusseldorf, Zaragoza and London. Over his 11 year-career, as a coach he has been working with top executives (CEOs, executives, financial, sales, human resources, etc.) with a wide coverage of businesses.
He is currently chairman of the Business and Executive Coaching Association for sustainable development – ACEA and Vice-chairman of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council – EMCC Romania.
Bogdan Voicu is an executive with over 20 years of experience and leadership profile in the telecommunication industry and of over 10 years as management board member of local entities belonging to France Telecom – Orange Romania and Deutsche Telekom – Telekom Romania Group (Telekom fix, Telekom mobile, Germanos, Nextgen, Sunlight, Zapp).
Bogdan has first-hand experience in managing and controlling the company’s operations as well as strategically planning and, also, a proven track record in achieving the P&L targets.
In over 20 years of professional activity, Bogdan has provided leadership in order to achieve company strategies and has implemented and managed changes to drive organizational performance up. He has extensive experience with shareholders Board members and C-Level decision makers of large and very large companies.
He was a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Telekom Romania Communications SA, a member of the Audit Committee of Telekom Romania Group and a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Nextgen Communications SRL.
