Founding Member

Angela has an experience of 15 years in the Boards of Directors, in companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and in non-listed companies, accumulating relevant experience in corporate governance and in different industries: pharma, healthcare, energy, hospitality, services. In addition, Angela was an investment manager in 3 private equity investment funds, managed by EFM Austria, GED Spania si Axxess Capital.

Angela was a board member in Terapia - Cluj Napoca, for 4 years. Terapia was a company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Following the success story in Terapia, Angela started to strongly believe in corporate governance, experiencing how corporate governance generates excellence in business.

As a 3 month OECD consultant on corporate governance, Angela was the co-author of the report “Organization and functioning of the Boards of Directors in Romania”, the first progress report dedicated exclusively to directors. From 2001 until 2004, Angela participated to the 6 regional conferences organized by OECD, based on which OECD wrote the reference report “The White Book on Corporate Governance in South-East Europe”.

Angela was the first Deputy General Manager of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and worked for 5 years in the Bucharest Stock Exchange team.

She graduated the Academy of Economic Studies and the MBA program from Pittsburgh University.

 Angela nominalized 15 members and 1 associate in the Association, in the period 2015 – 2017.
