Tiberiu Stroe is a business development professional with extensive experience in management roles and continuous B2B engagement at executive management and shareholder level. His professional evolution over recent years has been driven by a strong ability to manage change, creativity, the satisfaction of working with people, and a continuous commitment to personal development.

With more than 25 years of experience in banking, institutional relations, and strategic business development across both the public and private sectors, he has successfully combined operational banking expertise, financial advisory and audit services, and governance competencies to support a strategic approach aligned with the responsibilities of board-level positions.

He has built extensive expertise in financing, structuring, and advisory services throughout decades in the financial sector, including consulting roles at BDO (1997–2001), commercial leadership and business development positions at ING Bank (2001–2015), and the definition of commercial strategies and client development initiatives for local commercial banks such as Exim Banca Româneasca (2015–2020). More recently, since 2025, he has been involved with the Romanian Export Credit Agency (ECA) mandate.

He currently serves as Deputy Director for Institutional and Business Relations – State Funds at Exim Banca Româneasca – ECA, where he is responsible for business promotion and development while also contributing to the establishment and strengthening of governance frameworks.
