Gabriel Mustea has a wealth of experience in management consulting (finance processes optimisation, financial planning and reporting, management and measurement of organiza?ional performance, costs and working capital optimisation), financial audit and management, in various industries - telecommunications, energy, production and commerce, accumulated as a Director in PwC and also as a member of the Transelectrica Executive Management Board. He has also experience in design and implementation of strategic and organisational transformation projects, accumulated as part of the strategy team of Telekom and Orange Romania.

From 2021 he is active in the corporate governance field, attending specialised courses and becoming independent non-executive Board member of the Tinmar Energy Board of Directors.

Gabriel is an engineer, graduate of the Politehnica University of Bucharest, subsequently specialized in Management of Supply and Sales at the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest and certified in accounting, financial audit and management, member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (ACCA), CAFR, ASPAAS and CECCAR.
