Vicen?iu-Traian Râmniceanu is a legal, corporate governance and compliance professional with over 20 years of experience in complex organizational environments. His career began in legal practice and consultancy and was subsequently complemented by experience in the banking sector and in leadership structures of organizations with public shareholding, in executive and board-level roles.

He has been involved in the work of boards of directors of entities under public control, in contexts requiring transparency, fiduciary responsibility and reputational accountability. His experience focuses on corporate governance mechanisms, the relationship between shareholders, boards of directors and executive management, as well as on risk management and compliance.

He currently holds a senior legal leadership position within a national company, with responsibilities in corporate governance, compliance and risk management. He also acts as an arbitrator in the field of alternative dispute resolution in commercial matters.

His professional interests include corporate governance, fiduciary duties of directors, ESG, and the role of public shareholders in value creation and trust-building.
