Daniel Vranceanu is an executive with 20 years of experience in operations and management in complex international environments, with exposure to strategic decision-making and risk governance in multi-jurisdictional contexts.
He built his career in the Oil & Gas industry, in offshore drilling and EPCIC projects, across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. He has managed branches in Libya, Turkey and Greece, with direct responsibility for financial and tax compliance, contract governance and stakeholder management across diverse legal and cultural environments.
His background combines finance and accounting with technical training in Petroleum Engineering and hands-on experience in operations, project and rig management, with accountability for performance and contract execution.
In parallel, as Managing Director Eastern Europe for Valenta, a global intelligent automation and analytics company, he has contributed to the development and scaling of a partnership-based business model, with responsibility for performance and growth across multiple markets.
He holds an MBA from BBS in partnership with CNAM Paris and a PMP certification.
His professional interests include corporate governance, particularly in organizations with high operational complexity, as well as risk governance, elements of financial oversight and the board's role in monitoring performance and organizational transformation.
