Bogdan Pîrvu is a professional with over 25 years of executive management experience, primarily active in the construction materials industry, where he has acquired valuable expertise. He currently serves as CEO of EVOLOR and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Romanian Paint Industry Association (AIVR). Throughout his career, he has led complex projects involving brand building, strategic development, and operational efficiency in prominent companies such as AdePlast, Kober, Te-Ma, and Evolor.
He is a graduate of certification, bachelor’s, and master’s programs in management, and his expertise covers corporate governance, strategic leadership, and the implementation of sustainable growth initiatives, contributing significantly to strengthening the market position of the organizations he has led. He has founded, trained, and led high-performing teams that have achieved outstanding results, turning the brands he represented into market leaders and benchmarks in their respective industries.
In addition to his corporate career, he is the co-founder of Poiana Fermecat?, a family-owned artisanal business dedicated to the production of traditional certified fruit and vegetable preserves, promoting quality, culinary innovation, and local sustainability.
