Andreea has 10+ years of corporate life experience, connected to energy and utilities, construction and aviation. Main achievements were in aviation, Andreea holding various management positions in TAROM -Romanian legacy carrier, dealing with corporate governance, legal, acquisitions and corporate affairs. Andreea held the technical secretary position for the TAROM Board and Shareholder Assembly for more than 7 years, being also close counselor to several CEO’s. Through her education and career, being involved in major negotiations with various authorities, including the Romanian Government and the European Commission and also large OEM’s, such as Boeing, Airbus and ATR, Andreeas is prone to act as NED or ED and can very easily perform the corporate affairs function for large companies.
