Livioara Sujdea is a senior executive with an experience for over 13 years in top management roles within important Groups of companies as E.ON and Electrica, with a rich experience for over 25 years in the energy field, acting also in the Boards of Directors of the Groups' companies. The gained experience encompasses almost the entire spectrum of activities within the companies she worked, in both strategically and operational role, covering large scale initiatives such as restructuring, transformation, mergers, processes reengineering and operational efficiency projects, in the context of increased dynamics within the energy sector. She currently works in Bucharest, holding the role of executive director for the Distribution area within Electrica, being responsible for the coordination of several strategic projects, which aims at an extensive transformational process.
She is a graduated of the Faculty of Electrotechnics - Energetics and later followed a master's degree in Management and commercial engineering. She also graduated an executive MBA of the University of Sheffield U.K., with Degree in General Management, being also an affiliate member of the Chartered Management Institute London, U.K. (“CMI”), with Executive Degree in Strategic Management and Leadership.
