During 2021-2022, Ionu? Pascu held various leadership roles within Electrica Group (Chief Corporate Development Officer and interim Chief Marketing Officer), coordinating the strategy, transformation, M&A, investor relations, marketing& sales. Moreover, he was also non-executive member in the Boards of Electrica Furnizare and Electrica Serv.
During 2017-2020, Ionu? Pascu was the Digital Division Director within Telekom Romania Group, in charge with planning, organizing and implementing the digital transformation program in Romania (external and internal digitalization, fixed and mobile services, B2C and B2B segments).
Prior to this, he held leadership positions within Roland Berger strategy consulting firm in Romania, at a CEE level and in the UK, significantly contributing to business development.
Ionu? has strong functional expertise in strategy, marketing& sales, digital transformation, M&A, innovation, turnaround, customer services and organizational excellence.
With a keen interest and personal commitment to social impact, Ionu? is a founding member in two NGOs focused on education and youth support in Romania – Asocia?ia The Social Incubator and Asocia?ia Global Dignity.
Ionu? has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Economics, from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and is a graduate of the Program for Leadership Development (equivalent to executive MBA) from Harvard Business School.
