Razvan Radu has over 25 years of experience in business management and consulting, with a career built in top companies such as Danone, L’Oréal, and BDO Business Advisory. He possesses expertise in developing business models, optimizing operational processes, managerial auditing, and strategic planning, having successfully worked in various industries: retail & consumer goods, agriculture, construction, IT, manufacturing and logistics.

Throughout his career, he has stood out for his leadership skills, results-oriented approach, and ability to innovate in operational and strategic management.

Razvan graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the "Gheorghe Asachi" Technical University of Iasi and continued his studies by earning a Master's degree in Engineering, thus preparing himself for future challenges. He has participated in numerous professional development programs at prestigious institutions – from specialized courses in management and negotiation to leadership and business strategy training – which have enabled him to quickly adapt to changes in the business environment.

Additionally, Razvan holds a Certificate in Management Consulting (CMC) awarded by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), reflecting his commitment to excellence and high professional standards.
