Soriana is a business consultant with an on-field experience of over 20 years, acquired in companies operating in various industries  (financial services; pharmaceuticals; natural supplements; real estate acquisitions and development; mineral aggregates extraction and distribution; production units; migrants economic integrations), within start-ups, SME’s, group of companies and multinationals.
Her expertise developed in a diverse and multicultural environment, includes the following areas: international and national project management and implementation, business administration and development, mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions and development, negotiation and mediation, training, data protection and investigations.
Member of the Board for  6 different companies, Soriana also contributed directly to  the set-up of Simplu Credit IFN S.A, project  where she transformed a business idea in a profitable company, from  the design, development and implementation stages of the business plan and development  strategy, to  the effective participation in the  company management and administration, in her capacity of  General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Administrators.
Soriana directly participated to the negotiation and realisation processes of M&A’s from pharmaceutical industry, with a total value of over 40mil Euro (e.g.  Ozone - Labormed / ADVENT International)
Soriana is involved in voluntary activities with ‚Asociatia pentru evolutie ROTAS’, association that gives a chance trough education to marginalised children.
