Madalina Paisa is the partner of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law department at Mitel & Asociatii Attorneys-at-law, being involved in numerous significant transactions on the Romanian market.
Madalina also specialized in complementary areas of expertise, such as Personal Data Protection, Banking and Finance, Energy and Natural Resources, Labor Law and Competition Law.
The full advice provided to clients includes company incorporations, restructuring of the corporate governance rules (both in one-tier and two-tier systems), spin-offs, privatizations, mergers, advice for the meetings of the management bodies of companies, structuring of complex procurement transactions, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and of shareholders agreements.
Her clients are renowned corporations, domestic and foreign companies, State-owned and private companies, strategic investors, local entrepreneurs, investment funds, private equity funds, central and local public institutions and authorities.
Madalina graduated from the University of Bucharest – Faculty of Law and from the University of Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne and is a Bucharest Bar member.
