Liliana Stroie has been working for over 15 years in the field of human resources, holding the position of Human Resources Director in companies in various fields of activity: IT software, energy services, consulting, retail.
She has a double professional training graduating from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, then the Faculty of Psychology at Titu Maiorescu University of Bucharest, followed by a Master in Human Resources Psychology. She is also a psychologist with the right of free practice in the field of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, granted by the Romanian College of Psychologists, of which she has been a member since 2007.
Business is done with people and for people, and they grow according to their ability to adapt to change. Liliana advises the managers and members of the board of directors, having herself experience as an administrator, member of the Board of Directors of a state company, under the authority of the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism.
As director of human resources, Liliana has led projects related to company mergers, taking over business lines from other companies, shareholder changes, strategy, and organizational development.
