Mihai Purcarea is President of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at BRD Asset Management, one of the most important investment management companies in Romania. Previously he was Chief Investment Officer at Erste Asset Management, being involved in managing some of the largest investment funds in Romania in the past 15 years.

Mihai is also a board member of CFA Society Romania and the Fund Managers Associations of Romania and an Aspen Institute Fellow.
