Founding Member

Over 18-year experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding executive positions at all levels of the value chain – production, distribution, pharmacy chains.

For a cumulative period of more than 5 years he has held executive positions in listed companies from Romania (Terapia and Pharmapharm), gaining experience in respect of the relationship with the boards of directors and the rigors of the capital market.

He has been involved in numerous M&A processes:

• Pharmatech – Lek
• the purchase of Terapia by Advent International
• the purchase of Pharmafarm by Kemofarmacija and subsequently by Celesio
• the sale of Ozone business to Labormed
• attracting investors in Ecofarmacia Network

As regards the activity areas, Marius has been involved in managing the functions of production, marketing and sales, regulatory affairs, supply and logistics during the 18 years since he has been active in the pharmaceutical industry.

Marius graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Târgu Mure? in 1996 and is member of the Romanian Chamber of Pharmacists. Since 2011 he has held the position of vicepresident of the Chamber of Pharmacists from Targu Mures.
