Bogdan Voicu is an executive with over 20 years of experience and leadership in the telecommunications industry and over 10 years of experience as a member of the executive management board of local subsidiaries within the France Telecom group - Orange Romania and Deutsche Telekom group - Telekom Romania (Telekom fix , Telekom mobile, Germanos, Nextgen, Sunlight, Zapp).
Bogdan has first-hand experience in managing and controlling the company's operations and their strategic planning and, at the same time, a proven track record of achieving the P&L objectives.
In more than 20 years of professional activity, Bogdan provided leadership for the successful fulfillment of the companies’ strategies, implemented, and managed the change in order to increase the organizational performance. He has extensive experience in the relationship with the members of the boards of directors and with the executive management of large and very large companies.
He is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Telekom Romania Communications SA and a member of its Audit Committee.
Bogdan graduated from the Faculty of Finance, Banking and Accounting within the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
