Carmen-Daniela Micu is a senior executive with over 20 years’ experience in marketing and communication industry, locally and globally, within companies such as: Wella, Beiersdorf AG Hamburg, Prodal Group, Omnicom Media Group, covering FMCG, Pharma and MarCom industries. In 2013 Carmen embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding of OneSelf Marketing – a platform for strategies evaluation & development, providing professional support for individuals and companies, and YOUNITY, a community of professionals running original programs designed to help people learn how to apply marketing and management principles and techniques to create their professional &life strategy. She has an MBA-ASEBUSS, is an alumni of Kellogg Northwestern University, of the Global CEO Program IESE& Wharton University& CEIBS, and certified in Hogan psychological evaluation systems. Carmen is VP Membership Experience volunteer within Professional Women’s Network Romania and member of IAA Romania.
