Bogdan has general and operations management experience in client-facing roles for various large-scale multinational companies, as well as local enterprises. Solid and smart focus on profitability targets while managing client satisfaction and likeliness to purchase more. The areas of expertise range from business process outsourcing (BPO) to transportation and logistics, as well as banking, retail and IT.
He developed a strong people leadership and organizational structure alignment in order to get the right growth path and succession coverage.

Computer Engineering graduate (Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, 2003) complemented by an Executive MBA (Cotrugli Business School, 2012). Starting 2018 he is also Certified Information Privacy Manager by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
