Raluca Buturca is an engineer and has a doctorate in Product Life Cycle Assessment and Carbon Footprint obtained as part of an inter-university collaboration between the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and the "Dun?rea de Jos" University of Galati, in 2015. After completing her studies, she pursued a career in the field of sustainability and activities related to environmental aspects, both in companies in Romania and abroad. Relevant to her career are the positions held at Inèdit Innovación - Barcelona, Arcelor Mittal - the Luxembourg company and EY Romania.
In 2022, Raluca founded 10Ability.eu, a company that offers consultancy services in the field of sustainability, carbon footprint and product life cycle assessment, at the same time being involved in two European projects through which it offers support and advisory services to Romanian companies eager to expand their business on the European and international market. Her practical experience in the field of sustainability has crystallized in particular through the support given to companies in the energy and IT fields regarding the awareness, identification, quantification, reporting and improvement of environmental and social corporate governance aspects.
Raluca is a convinced supporter of all aspects of sustainability related to both the activity of companies and of citizens, and thus has dedicated a large part of her career to assisting companies in their journey on the path of sustainable business transformation.
