Catalin has over 21 years of experience in banking, consulting and transport / logistics, with various middle & top management positions (BT, Raiffeisen Bank, Bancpost, OTP Bank, Lower Danube River Administration). He has held positions on the board of directors at important companies - Oil Terminal SA (non-executive), Lower Danube River Administration (general manager and board member), Santierul Naval Mangalia SA (chairman of the board).
He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society.
Areas of expertise: management & strategy, finance, risk management, corporate governance, mainly in the following industries: banking and financial services; logistics, energy, shipbuilding, real estate, agriculture & processing, retail, construction, public sector.
