With over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, Razvan Gheorghe is the founder and co-founder of businesses operating in real estate, copy and print services, business advisory, and technology for property management. His professional journey has been built around company development, operational improvement, leadership, and long-term value creation.

He has a bachelor degree in engineering at Technical Institute of Bucharest in 1992.

Razvan is currently involved in the growth and coordination of Activ Property Services, Activ Document Center, The Alternative Board Bucharest franchise, and a start-up focused on developing a property management application. Throughout his career, he has worked directly in property management, real estate transactions, business development, marketing, recruitment, and team leadership.

With a strong orientation toward strategy, people, and results, Razvan combines hands-on business experience with a constant interest in leadership, personal development, organizational psychology, and mentoring. He is passionate about building healthy organizations, improving team performance, and supporting entrepreneurs in gaining clarity, making better decisions, and executing effectively.
