Georgiana Sîrbu is the founding partner of Sirbu Law, a dynamic law practice based in Bucharest.

Georgiana is employing all her national and international expertise towards the success of international clients doing business in Romania. She is focusing her practice in helping clients in public procurement, infrastructure, construction and energy projects.

Georgiana has sustained numerous business presentations and trainings, continuously providing advice and knowledge to her clients directed towards their growth.

Georgiana’s passion is to provide meaningful and practical advice to her clients, for projects that add growth to Romania’s future.

Previously, Georgiana has developed her career within one of the biggest law firms in Bucharest and as head of legal for an international group of companies spanning from China to Brazil, based in Barcelona.

Georgiana graduated from the University of Bucharest- Faculty of Law and also the
Academy of Economic Studies – Faculty of Economics.

She completed her education with a Master Degree in Law in Barcelona, where she was also an Associate Professorwithin the Faculty of Law of PompeuFabra University.

Georgiana is member of the Bucharest Bar and a board member of the Association of Spanish Companies in Romania (ASEMER).
