 Lorena-Cristina Basmaluta, EMBA, is the General Manager and Board Member of MOZIPO IFN S.A., a fintech company focused on advanced online lending products. For over 8 years, she has led the organization’s strategic and operational activities, strengthening corporate governance and driving the company’s digital transformation.
 With more than 15 years of professional experience in the financial and banking industry, she has previously held coordination and management roles at Idea Bank, Credit Agricole Bank Romania, Credit Europe Bank and Banca Transilvania. Her expertise covers debt collection and loan restructuring, banking sales, compliance, internal process development and the implementation of major IT systems, including FlexCube.
 Lorena’s professional strengths include corporate governance, financial analysis, banking regulations, as well as emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. She is committed to reshaping traditional financial operations into modern, intuitive and accessible solutions for both customers and employees.
 She is an Executive MBA graduate of ASEBUSS – Georgia State University, holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and has earned certifications in corporate governance, capital markets, IFRS, AI & Machine Learning and internal auditing.
