Cristian is a graduate of a MBA in Marketing and an equivalent Master Program in Executive Coaching.

He holds a certificate in Investment Analysis issued by Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. and attended organizational development courses with companies from Japan, Netherlands, U.S., France and Great Britain.

Cristian is a Certified Professional Facilitator of Futures Achievement International from U.S., a Practitioner in The ESPERE Communication Method of the institute with the same name from Paris, a Practitioner Coaching-Mentoring for life, Facilitator in the Academy of Executive Coaching from the UK, and an associate lecturer for the course “Creativity in Economy and Business” of the Masters Programme in Business Consulting – run in English in the Faculty of Business and Administration at the University of Bucharest.

He has experience of over 23 years in business administration, 3 years in the stock market and over 20 years in development organizations, with over 400 presentations in public in his capacity as tutor, trainer and facilitator for corporations, associations and non-profit organizations. He has delivered presentations in public in Romania and abroad: Dusseldorf, Zaragoza and London. Over his 11 year-career, as a coach he has been working with top executives (CEOs, executives, financial, sales, human resources, etc.) with a wide coverage of businesses.

He is currently chairman of the Business and Executive Coaching Association for sustainable development – ACEA and Vice-chairman of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council – EMCC Romania.
