Iuliana Paun is a professional with over two decades of experience in digitalization and technological innovation across industries such as financial services, banking, energy, and aviation.

She has a solid understanding of local and regional markets in the fields of technology, eCommerce, and digital services; and approaches technology as a strategic vector of growth and competitive advantage, integrating the principles of sound governance in the value generation process and in the development strategy of organizations.

Iuliana combines practical expertise acquired in roles where execution discipline and operational resilience are supported by advanced digital transformation mechanisms and well-defined IT Service Management processes.

She develops and promotes a corporate governance perspective, especially AI Governance, Risk Management, and security standards compliance.

Iuliana graduated from the Faculty of Physics, Semiconductors, and holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest.

She also completed an Executive MBA at the WU-Vienna University of Economics and Business.

In addition, she holds expert-level certifications in ITIL v3, ITIL 4, and ITIL 5, and completed the AI Transforming Business Program at WU Executive Academy in Vienna.

She is currently enrolled in the Board Leadership Program at Bucharest Business School.
