 Ana Tucra is a senior financial executive with over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, corporate governance, and organizational transformation across the automotive, aviation and manufacturing sectors. As CFO of Trust Motors, she has led M&A processes, brand integrations (Opel, Citroën), financial digitalization and performance optimization for a wider group of companies. She has served on the boards of Trust Motors, Eurial Invest and ?iriac Air, with strong expertise in IFRS/US GAAP, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Ana is a CECAR member and is currently pursuing ACCA certification.
