Andreea Manta is a senior manager with more than 20 years of experience in financial audit and consultancy. Andreea has experience in auditing and consulting multinationals, large management projects as well as complex organizational structures.

Her experience is focused on diverse industries such as automotive, production, chemical industry, media, logistic and transportation services, oil and gas.

Andreea started her career with KPMG in Romania in 1996 where she stayed till December 2015. She had various positions within the organization and in 2007 became an Audit Partner. Since 2016, she is a Partner with Stein & Partner Management Consulting and is involved in large executive search projects, organizational change consultancy, coaching and development.

She has experience in strategy and business development, business administration, shareholders relations, organizational restructuring and change management, personnel and management development. As well, she has experience as project manager and strategic restructuring and participated in numerous public presentations.

Andreea graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies – Economic Studies in Foreign Languages (FABIZ), since 2002 she is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and since is a Financial Auditor with the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors.
