Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in the area of financial and non-financial risk management, contributing to the optimization of internal control frameworks, the coordination of external audit processes, and the automation of reporting and provisioning flows, while working within Nexent Bank N.V. Amsterdam (former Credit Europe Bank), Salt Bank (former Idea Bank), Banca Comercial? Carpatica, Leumi Bank, and UniCredit Romania.
