Corina Vulpes is a senior professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial and banking sector, corporate governance, and institutional relations. She currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors at Antibiotice SA Iasi, and as Director of Institutional and Business Relations at Exim Banca Romaneasca, where she oversees strategic partnerships with international financial institutions, investment funds, and export credit agencies.
Previously, she served as a Member of the Management Board of the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (Luxembourg), a regional investment vehicle supporting strategic infrastructure projects across Central and Eastern Europe. Throughout her career, Corina has contributed to shaping public policy and financial instruments that promote sustainable growth, transparency, and strong governance standards.
She holds an MBA in Financial Management (City University, Seattle, USA) and an Executive Master of Public Administration (CERISS Brussels / University of Limerick). She also completed Corporate Governance certifications from Wharton Executive Education and PWN Romania.
