Alexandru Mnohoghitnei has over 25 years experience in financial management, private equity and corporate restructuring. He is dealing now with financial consulting and M&A.

Mr. Mnohoghitnei was the CFO of Domo Retail (2004-2013), a large Romanian retailer in household electrical & IT appliances, following an extensive experience in Private Equity as Senior Investment Officer at Danube Fund (1999-2004), a fund financed by EBRD, IFC and Alpha Bank. He has significant experience in corporate restructuring as participant in projects of United Nations Industrial Development Organisation-UNIDO/UNDP (1997-1999).
Previously, he worked in the aircraft industry (1983-1996) as design engineer and project manager in complex aeronautical projects.

He is currently Board Member in the Board of Directors of ARO Palace SA Brasov (hospitality). He held Board member positions in Flanco (retail), Credisson and Ralfi (consumer finance), Alpha Leasing Romania, Interstar (household cleaning products), IMSAT (industrial services) and Bucharest Corporate Center (office building).

Alexandru Mnohoghitnei holds an MBA from the University of Quebec a Montreal / Canadian MBA Program in Romania. He also holds an Aeronautical Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest.
