 “Laura Mihai is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the Romanian banking and financial sector, having held leadership positions at reputable institutions such as RoBank, OTP Bank, and CEC Bank. Throughout her career, she has led strategic initiatives in corporate banking, with a strong focus on portfolio development, project finance, syndicated loans, and factoring.
In 2025, Laura transitioned into the entrepreneurial and consulting area, founding TrustWin Advisory — a consulting company dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and growing businesses by designing tailored financing structures, optimizing internal processes, implementing organizational change through Corporate Governance principles, and promoting sustainable growth. 
Laura holds a degree in Industrial Management from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies (ASE), as well as an MBA in Management from the same institution. She has also completed a variety of professional development programs, including IFRS training, certifications from EY, MasterCard, the Romanian Banking Institute, and holds both a Certificate and a Diploma of the Board Practice and Directorship programme from Henley Business School.
She is known for her strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and ability to build long-term business relationships. Laura is passionate about fostering the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Romania and actively contributes to initiatives that promote sustainability and innovation in business.”
