Andrei is a financial auditor and senior finance professional with over 15 years of experience across financial services, corporate finance, management consulting, asset management, and renewable energy investments.

He currently serves as Investment Manager at Eximprod Group, where he structures financing solutions and coordinates M&A transactions for large-scale energy projects, supporting the development and financing of renewable energy assets.

His expertise includes corporate finance, investment analysis, financial modeling, and governance frameworks, with a strong focus on audit and risk oversight, capital allocation, and strategic investment decisions.

Andrei holds an Executive MBA from WU – Vienna University of Economics and Business and is certified as an Advanced Financial Modeler (AFM) by the Financial Modeling Institute and in Sustainable Investing by the CFA Institute.

He is Vice President of the Independent Directors Association (AAI), member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors in Romania (CAFR) and the Association of Financial-Banking Analysts in Romania (AAFBR), and a lecturer in Financial Modeling and Analysis at the Romanian Banking Institute.
