I am a professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial-banking, audit and corporate governance fields.

I spent most of my career at CEC Bank S.A., where I held both executive and coordination or management positions, thus acquiring the best practical training in coordinating operational activities, managing risks, consolidating internal control and contributing to the development of the client portfolio.

Simultaneously with my membership in a board of directors, I have worked in areas such as management consulting, internal audit, evaluating internal control systems, financial audit and project management, experiences that have allowed me to actively participate in establishing development strategies, monitoring performance, risk management and deepening the elements of corporate governance.

I have a bachelor's degree in finance-banking, a master's degree in marketing and management of financial-banking activities and postgraduate studies - administrative sciences. I have continuously completed my professional training and attended training programs in corporate governance, internal audit, project management and sustainability (ESG). I am a member of the Romanian Association of Internal Auditors and The Institute of Internal Auditors.
