Sebastian Tcaciuc is currently an independent advisor and consultant to private equity funds investing in Romania and other CEE countries.  He has 18 years of private equity, corporate finance and asset management experience, with proven track record in sourcing, structuring, closing and managing private equity investments across various sectors.  Sebastian has served on the Board of Directors of 9 companies, some of which publicly-listed in Bucharest and/or London.  As a Director with Advent International (2005-2014), he worked on large a number of transaction processes, including all Advent’s investments in Romania and Turkey.  Prior to joining Advent International, Sebastian worked with ING Corporate Finance & Equities (2002-2005), Alpha Bank (2001-2002) and Delta Lloyd Investment Research (2000-2001).  Sebastian holds a Master’s degree in Economics (2001) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (2003).
