Gabriela is an executive with a professional experience of over 28 years in the financial-banking activity, acquired in the field of financial-accounting management and internal audit in international banking groups.
For 8 years she joined the Idea Bank project, initially in the role of Chief Audit Executive, and later as Executive Vice President, coordinating the Financial Accounting, Controlling and Logistics Divisions. She currently holds the position of Financial Executive Director in the same bank, part of the largest Financial Group in Romania – Banca Transilvania S.A..
From corporate governance perspective, she has served as an executive member in the Management of Porsche Leasing IFN S.A., the Management Board of Idea Bank S.A., as well as as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of Idea Leasing IFN S.A..
As graduate of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and of the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest, certified by C.E.C.C.A.R. and C.A.F.R., Gabriela is a manager with a dynamic approach, with a vast expertise in building teams and implementing large-scale projects.
