I began my professional career over 25 years ago and have since successfully held senior finance leadership roles and served on the management committees of multinational companies, both globally and locally.

I have gained experience across a diverse range of industries, including IT and telecommunications, FMCG, consulting, payments and consumer services, building materials manufacturing, and agricultural input distribution.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in numerous local and international projects, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, long-term business strategy development, feasibility studies and new product development, cost optimization and profitability enhancement initiatives, internal control improvements, and ERP implementations.

I graduated from Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Faculty of International Business and Trade, and completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences within the National School of Political and Administrative Studies. I also earned an Executive MBA from Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), delivered in collaboration with the Carlson School of Management (Minneapolis).

I am currently an ACCA Fellow and a member of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors (CAFR) and the Association of Treasurers of Romania.
