Adrian Cimpeanu has over 20 years of experience in executive management, financial control, and operational leadership within the manufacturing industry, having worked within internationally-oriented companies including Heurtey Petrochem and Martens. Throughout his career he has held positions as Executive Director, Plant Manager, and CFO, building an integrated perspective on corporate governance, financial discipline, and operational efficiency. He has led organisational transformation processes in complex environments, implemented financial control and reporting systems in line with IFRS standards, and managed relationships with authorities, investors, and strategic partners. Adrian has distinguished himself through his ability to restructure and streamline organisations during periods of significant change, including the coordinated closure of a manufacturing facility. He has built and deployed controlling and reporting systems with high accuracy, tailored to the requirements of international shareholder structures. He holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA) designation at EQF Level 7, and a Bachelor's degree in Management from ASE Bucharest.
