Razvan Badalicescu has 20+ years experience in corporate finance, client coverage, management advisory, risk management and restructuring. After playing a role in Citibank’s start-up operations in Romania, he held a number of senior management positions overseeing corporate, public sector, financial institutions, SME and central government. During his time in Citibank NA London Razvan held a regional role covering Eastern Europe, Russia and Turkey for the Global Export Agency Finance group.
Aside from his extensive finance/banking  background, Razvan served as  Chairman of the Board for the Constanta Port Authority and briefly as CFO for RCS-RDS.
Razvan holds a Cum Laude degree in Business Administration from Long Island  University, New York.
