Peter Jansen is a seasoned general manager, principal lecturer and entrepreneur, increasingly active as Non Executive Director/Member of Advisory Board. His main competences are Principal Lecturer, Non Executive Director, General Management and Strategy & Management Consulting. His areas of expertise are Corporate Governance and Board Effectiveness, Corporate strategy, Sustainable Business Development and Marketing & Communication.
 
Peter is currently a Principal Lecturer at InterActive/London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) and at GISMA Business School Berlin.

He is also a member of the Board of Directors (Independent Director) and President of the Audit Committee at SNGN Romgaz SA. Peter is currently doing his PhD in Corporate Governance and Board Effectiveness at TIAS School of Management, University of Tilburg in The Netherlands.
