On Friday, 27 October 2023, starting at 14.00 pm CET, ecoDa holds a joint seminar on the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D) together with Allen & Overy. Our speakers Gauthier Van Thuyne, Bart De Bock and Pascal Durand-Barthez will question the consequences of the draft directive in terms of directors' responsibilities and liabilities.
