Speranta Tirsar is a business advisor, with a 20+ years experience in international financial companies, where she has acquired an important expertise in business set-up and development, at a regional level.
Between 2010 and 2017, she was Head of Central and Eastern Europe of SACE SpA, the Export Credit Agency of Italy. In this role, she set up the regional CEE office in Bucharest, defined the growth strategy and managed the operations of the hub in the 15 countries of the region. In her activity, Mrs. Tirsar worked with supranationals, governmental insitutions, multinationals, local blue chips, SMEs and banks in the region. Besides the origination and execution of large deals, specific to the ECA world, she actively supported SMEs and initiated new products for them inside SACE.
Up to 2010, Mrs. Tirsar gained a vast experience in the banking sector, having had various managerial positions in ING Bank Romania.
Mrs. Tirsar holds a Master degree in International Business and Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
