Ana has over 25 years of experience in the financial field, accounting, taxation, audit and management, experience gained in important institutions in Romania and multinational companies (ArcelorMIttal, Transfond, BNR, BCR), in areas such as: export, finance, banking, accounting, audit and management.
Ana has built her career step by step, from the position of economist to the position of manager or member of the board of directors, both in private equity companies and in state-owned companies, both in the position of employee and in the position of entrepreneur. Thus, in her own process of personal and professional development, going through radically opposite situations and experiencing completely different professional relationships, gave her the freedom to analyze situations, facts, circumstances from different angles.
As a chartered accountant, tax consultant, financial auditor and judicial expert, Ana has the tools for diagnosing a company and making correct forecasts for the future.
As a graduate of the Faculty of Finance, Banking and Accounting, with a master degree in Business Development Management, Ana combined financial knowledge with the skills of manager and administrator. The preoccupation for a high level of corporate governance is natural in the unstable, uncertain and challenging context in which companies operates today.
