"SR ISO 37000:2021 Guvernanța organizațiilor – Îndrumări" has been adopted as the Romanian National Standard for the governance of all types of organizations in 2022.

In this webinar Axel Kravatzky, PhD, who co-lead the development of the standard, provides insights into how the standard fits into the national and international hierarchy of compliance obligations, how it addresses the most recent developments in the field of corporate governance, and how boards can maximize their effectiveness by combining 37000 with other related standards.

The webinar also provides an opportunity to learn about ways in which companies can adopt the standard and transform the approach to governance as well as a dedicated time for questions and answers.
